Like writer-director Vivek Agnihotri’s earlier film ‘The Kashmir Files’, his new film ‘The Vaccine War’ is also an agenda film. Although Vivek shows in this film that during the Corona transition period, the media carried out propaganda against the indigenous vaccine makers as a well-thought-out strategy to promote the foreign vaccine and covered it as an agenda.

But, his own film also has an agenda and that agenda is to take the hard work and efforts of the people engaged in the search for a homegrown vaccine to acceptance.

Everyone knows what happened when Corona arrived, what happened when there was a lockdown and what happened when fairs like Kumbh and election rallies took place amidst this lockdown? And Tablighi Jamaat, you ask? The answer can be given here but then your fun of watching the movie will be spoiled.

The biggest problem faced by the film ‘The Vaccine War’ is Hooker. There is no aspect of the film that immediately attracts the audience. Just like the story of the massacre of Pandits in Kashmir was told in the previous film, no such catchphrases work for the film. The film is the story of a mission that went away from the public.

Keeping in mind the absence of this attraction point of entertainment from the film, its distributor company Pen Marudhar Entertainment has released this film made for around Rs. 10 crores in only a few theatres.

Nana Patekar has been promoted as the main attraction point of the film, although this film is of Pallavi Joshi. The kind of acting Nana Patekar has been seen doing in this film, apart from the increase in his social status, nothing new is visible.

The pattern of his acting is so set that after watching three-four scenes the audience can tell as soon as the next scene starts in which direction Nana Patekar’s body will wave this time. Pallavi Joshi has given award winning performance in the film ‘The Vaccine War’.

The real triumph of acting is to play the role of a person who speaks a language other than his native language and to capture the tone of the dialogues accordingly.
